Georgette “Gigi” Dixon, our Executive Vice President and Head of External Engagement for Diverse Segments, Representation, and Inclusion, plays a pivotal role in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Leading a team dedicated to stakeholder relationships, sponsorship activation, and advocacy, Gigi ensures that our workforce, communities, and supply chain thrive through equal access to resources, services, products, and opportunities.

 

Gigi's extensive background includes serving as the Head of External Relations for Wells Fargo Government Relations and Public Policy, where she provided thought leadership and resources to address societal challenges. Recognized as one of the Most Powerful Women to Watch in 2005 and named in Diversity Woman magazine's Elite 100 in 2023, Gigi's impact extends beyond Wells Fargo. She holds key positions on national boards, including the NAACP, U.S. Black Chambers, Inc., UnidosUS, and more.

 

With a Bachelor of Science from Tennessee State University and certificates in Corporate Community Involvement and Nonprofit Leadership, Gigi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Residing in Charlotte, North Carolina, she continues to contribute to our mission of fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.
